2. Course Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund for a course under the following conditions:
- Request made within 7 days of purchase
- Course content has been accessed for less than 20% of total duration
- No course certificate has been issued
- Technical issues preventing course access (subject to verification)
2.2 Non-Refundable Courses
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Discounted or promotional course purchases
- Bundle packages or course combinations
- After the 7-day refund window has expired
- If more than 20% of course content has been accessed
- If a certificate of completion has been issued
3. Subscription Refund Policy
For subscription-based services:
- Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime; no refund for the current billing cycle
- Annual subscriptions may be eligible for pro-rata refund if cancelled within 14 days
- Subscriptions cancelled after 14 days are non-refundable
- Subscription benefits terminate at the end of the current billing period
4. E-commerce Product Refunds
4.1 Product Return Eligibility
For physical products purchased through Mooxy:
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase required
- Product must be in resalable condition
4.2 Non-Returnable Products
- Opened or used electronic components
- Customized or modified items
- Products marked as "non-returnable"
- Clearance or final sale items
4.3 Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery

- Full refund or replacement will be provided
- Return shipping costs will be covered by us
5. Offline Batch Refund Policy
For offline training batches:
- Full refund if cancelled before batch starts (minus processing fee)
- 50% refund if cancelled within first week of batch
- No refund after first week of batch commencement
- Batch postponement allowed once without penalty

Please note that payment gateway processing fees (typically 2-3% of transaction amount) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
